Understanding Our Terms Of Service

Welcome to Masterpeacewall.com (“Masterpeacewall,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, products, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1) Eligibility & Account

• You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place orders.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

2) Orders, Pricing & Availability

• All products are made to order. Your order is an offer to purchase; we may accept or reject any order (for example, due to suspicion of fraud, limited availability, or pricing/description errors).
• Prices, promotions, and product information may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors (including after an order is submitted). If a correction affects your order, we’ll contact you for confirmation or cancel and refund.
• Displayed colors and textures may vary from your screen due to display calibration and print processes.
• Taxes, duties, and shipping charges (if any) are shown or calculated at checkout; import duties or customs fees may be collected by your local carrier.

3) Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen method and authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the full order amount, including applicable taxes, shipping, and fees.

4) Shipping, Risk of Loss & Title

We ship to the address you provide. Title and risk of loss transfer upon delivery to the carrier, except where consumer laws provide otherwise. Please track your shipment and contact the carrier or us if issues arise.

5) Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Because items are custom-made, we generally cannot accept “change-of-mind” returns. Our policies for cancellations, defective/damaged items, and refunds are detailed in our Return & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.

6) Custom/Personalized Content

• If you provide images, text, or other content for a personalized product, you represent and warrant that you have all rights needed to use and supply that content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate law.
• We may decline or cancel orders containing content that is unlawful, hateful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

7) Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by: (a) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Services in any medium other than as intended; (b) interfering with or disrupting servers or networks; (c) attempting to access non-public areas or other users’ data; (d) using bots or scraping; (e) engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities.

8) Intellectual Property

All content on the Services (including text, graphics, logos, product images, and layouts) is owned by Masterpeacewall or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

9) Third-Party Services

We use third parties to operate our store (e.g., e-commerce platform, payment processors, production and shipping partners). Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services beyond our control.

10) Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated, the Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. This disclaimer does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Masterpeacewall and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Masterpeacewall from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of Morocco (without regard to conflicts of law). Courts located in Casablanca, Morocco will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer laws provide you with different mandatory rights. Before filing a claim, please contact us to try to resolve the issue informally.

14) Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date will change when we do. If changes are material, we’ll take reasonable steps to notify you (e.g., by posting a notice on the site). Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15) Other Policies & Entire Agreement

Our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy are incorporated by reference. These Terms, together with those policies and any order confirmations, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede prior understandings.
