Return & Refund Policy

1) Made-to-Order Items

All products are produced on demand for each order. Because items are custom-made, we cannot accept “change-of-mind” returns or exchanges.

2) 30-Day Quality Guarantee (Repair/Replace or Refund)

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly finished, or otherwise not as described for reasons under our control—including damage during shipping—contact us within 30 days of delivery. After review, we will replace the item or issue a full refund. We may request clear photos of the product and the shipping label/packaging to process your claim.

3) What’s Not Considered a Defect

  • Minor color/brightness differences between on-screen previews and printed products due to screen calibration and print processes.
  • Small size/crop tolerances inherent to print finishing.
  • Issues caused by customer-supplied content (e.g., low-resolution uploads, spelling mistakes in custom text).

4) How to Start a Claim (within 30 days)

Subject: Return/Refund – Order #
Include: your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and shipping label/box. We’ll confirm next steps—replacement, refund, or (if requested) a prepaid return label.

5) Cancellations & Order Changes

We can usually cancel or edit an order within 48 hours of purchase. Once production has started, cancellations may incur up to a 50% materials fee. Orders that are completed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

6) Wrong/Incomplete Address & Missed Deliveries

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated missed delivery attempts, we can reship once the address is corrected. Additional shipping charges may apply. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

7) Return Shipping Costs

For approved quality or shipping-damage claims, we cover return or replacement shipping. For any non-approved returns (if accepted at our discretion), shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

8) Refund Method & Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take 3–10 business days to post the credit.

9) Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom/personalized items where the error was not ours.
  • Gift cards and digital downloads.

10) Lost or Stolen After Delivery

If a package is marked “Delivered” but cannot be found, please check with the carrier and your surroundings/neighbors first. While theft after delivery is not covered by our guarantee, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

11) Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. For EU/UK customers, custom-made goods are generally exempt from withdrawal once production has begun.
