All artwork is made to order. We produce each piece after you purchase, then ship it to your address with tracking.

1) Production Time

• Typical production window: 2–5 business days for standard canvases. Larger or specialty items may take slightly longer.
• Production begins shortly after your order is placed. For edits/cancellations, see our Return & Refund Policy timelines.

2) Shipping Time & Methods

• Estimated transit after dispatch:
  • Domestic/Regional: ~3–7 business days
  • International: ~6–15 business days
• Estimates exclude production time, weekends, and holidays.
• High season or carrier delays can extend timelines; we’ll keep you updated if that happens.

3) Shipping Fees

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and weight. Any available promotions or free-shipping thresholds will appear automatically at checkout.

4) Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to activate after the carrier scans the parcel.

5) Shipping Address & Changes

• Please double-check your address at checkout.
• If you need to update an address, contact us at support@masterpeacewall.com within 24 hours. If production/shipping has started, we’ll try our best but changes may not be possible.
• We can ship to most residential and business addresses. Some carriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes; if needed, provide a physical address.

6) Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately to speed delivery. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.

7) International Duties & Taxes

Depending on your country, import duties, VAT/GST, or customs fees may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility. These are not included in our prices and may be collected by the carrier at d
