Custom Artwork Uploads & Warranties
For custom print orders where you upload your own images, you retain all intellectual property rights. However, by uploading an image, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the copyright or have express permission to print the image.
- The content does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or trademarks.
- The image is not illegal, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
We reserve the right to reject and refund any custom print order that violates these guidelines.
Limitation of Liability
Masterpeacewall and our local manufacturing partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, including transit delays or minor color variations due to screen calibration differences.
