Where are your prints made and shipped from?
To guarantee premium quality and fast, duty-free shipping, we produce all orders locally. US orders are manufactured and shipped from our state-of-the-art facility in New York. Canadian orders are manufactured and shipped from our facility in Montreal.
How much does shipping cost?
We are pleased to offer 100% Free Ground Shipping on all orders within the United States and Canada. There are no minimum purchase requirements.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since each piece is handcrafted to order, our standard timeline consists of Production Time (3 to 6 business days depending on material) + Transit Time (2 to 6 business days). Most customers receive their artwork within 5 to 10 business days from purchase.
What is your return policy?
We back all orders with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If your art arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects, we will send a brand-new replacement or issue a full refund. Simply send us an email at support@masterpeacewall.com with photos of the issue.
Can I upload my own image for custom printing?
Yes! We offer fully custom prints on acrylic, canvas, or wood. You can upload your high-resolution images directly through our product configurators. Please ensure you own the copyright or have print permissions for any images you submit.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can request cancellations or modifications for a full 100% refund within the first 48 hours of placing the order. After 48 hours, a 50% restocking fee applies as custom production will have commenced.
