30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or suffers from manufacturing flaws, we will issue a full refund or a free replacement. Please inspect your package upon arrival and contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@masterpeacewall.com with the following details:
- Your Order Number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the defect, damage, or shipping container flaws
Once verified, we will immediately initiate a replacement or process a refund to your original payment method. You do not need to ship the damaged item back to us.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
Because our production process is highly optimized to get your art to you as fast as possible, order changes are governed by the following schedule:
- Within 48 Hours: You may cancel or modify your order for a 100% full refund.
- After 48 Hours: Once production has commenced on your custom piece, cancellations or major modifications are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Return Exceptions
As all items are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after the 48-hour order window.
- Ordering the incorrect size or format (please double-check your wall measurements using our sizing guide before ordering).
- Incorrect shipping address details provided at checkout.
